We recognize that return of profits to shareholders is one of management priorities. We have a basic
policy to secure a stable management foundation, improve profitability, and pay stable dividends. The frequency of dividend payments is twice each fiscal year, an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.
Organizations who determine the distribution of retained earnings are the General Meeting of Shareholders for the year-end dividend and the Board of Directors for the interim dividend.
Our Articles of Incorporation provide that, with a resolution of the Board of Directors, we can pay out an interim dividend with September 30 as the record date.
Also our company is classified under Japanese law as a “company to which consolidated dividend regulations apply.”
