The GEO Group has been consistently internalizing its core business system since its founding, and is building a system to enable the centralized management and operation of sale, purchase, and rental work. We will continue to utilize this internal system to further expand our customer contact points, both at stores and online, while also accelerating our global expansion.
GEO Networks is the IT arm of the GEO Group.
In addition to managing the in-house systems essential for store operations such as cash registers and inventory management, GEO Networks also internally manages all aspects of our system network from design to development, operation, and maintenance of GEO, 2nd STREET and other Group websites and applications.
The expertise acquired through these in-house management operations has enabled us to make flexible course corrections and to create new services, thereby allowing our businesses to move forward quickly and smoothly.
In 2019, the GEO Group established GEO System Solutions Vietnam in order to improve development and cost efficiencies by moving system operations offshore to Vietnam.
Through the development of in-house systems, we will continue to integrate our nationwide store and online businesses, and to enhance our independent online business services, with the aim of consolidating a global platform for the GEO Group.
