Through these and other related businesses and initiatives, the GEO Group offers new business platforms catered to people’s lifestyles and new cultural trends by combining a wide variety of commercial products with the business functions of buying, renting, selling, and providing retail or entertainment locations.
The Warehouse is an amusement facility that allows visitors to enjoy a variety of activities such as crane games (also known as “claw games”), arcade games, token-based parlor games, and karaoke. It provides an extraordinary space replete with a glamorous casino-like atmosphere.
In recent years, the GEO Group has also improved and expanded its network of “Capsule Rakkyoku” capsule toy stores. The store’s name is a play on the words from capsule toys dispensed from vending machines and medicine capsules dispensed by a pharmacy.
Located mainly in Tokyo, these stores are designed in the motif of a pharmacy and the staff wear white coats in the style of pharmacists to add a sense of fun that is unique to Japan’s amusement business.
Chelsea deals mainly in fashion and lifestyle goods, with our expert staff handling all aspects from product purchasing and importing to wholesaling and retailing.
Our dedicated buyers constantly circle the globe to put together collections of items that reflect current trends such as a genderless jewelry brand from Thailand that was first marketed in Japan through our directly managed e-commerce store.
2nd STORAGE is a self-storage service with free home pick-up and delivery.
Users of this service can book storage space via their smart phone to store possessions or seasonal clothing items they are not using, and can then have these items removed from storage and delivered to their door free of charge. The 2nd STORAGE team will arrange pick up and delivery to the customer’s home, effectively taking the hassle out of conventional storage.
The service currently covers Tokyo (excluding remote islands) and some areas in Kanagawa and Chiba Prefectures, and we are planning to expand within the Tokyo metropolitan area in the future.
In addition to launching a self-storage service within the metropolitan area as a storage solution for customers in urban area’s ever-shrinking living spaces, 2nd STORAGE also plans to develop its second-hand goods business by purchasing stored goods that customers no longer want.
GEO Are Kore Rental (literally “GEO This and That Rental”) is a rental service for cameras, smartphones, home appliances, and other items that can be rented when needed and for as long as needed.
The service was launched in November 2019 to cater to the changing lifestyles of our customers and the demand for affordable rental goods, including customers who want to relinquish their unwanted goods and those who want to try before they buy items of interest or trending products.
GEO Are Kore Rental offers a wide variety of products to enhance your time at home, from laptops and tablets for remote work to cooking and cleaning appliances, home projectors and streaming devices, and DIY tools. It also offers various products to enhance your outdoor leisure activities, such as tarps and cooler boxes. Customers also have the option of purchasing rented products.
