Shareholder Special Benefit Program

Shareholders listed on our shareholders' register as of March 31 or September 30 in the current year.

All shareholders, regardless of the amount of their holdings, will receive "Shareholder Special Benefit Program Application" and can then select Plan A or Plan B as follows.

 

*As per the announcement released on December 27, 2011, GEO Holdings Corporation has decided to make the revisions to the shareholder benefit program for all shareholders of record at the end of March 2012 onward. Please refer to the following News Release for details:

The shareholders of record at the end of September 2011 will be able to utilize the current shareholder benefit program until September 30, 2012.

 

Plan A: Register as a GEO Shop Shareholder Member

Shareholders who have selected Plan A need to submit the "Shareholder Special Benefit Application" and register as a GEO Shop Shareholder Member. They can then rent any single item (DVD, BD, CD, or Manga) at our shareholder special benefit rental price as shown below (note that there special rental prices vary depending on the item rented).

¥200 and over	Half of ordinary rental price

*Only Shareholders can take advantage of "Shareholder Special Benefit Program".
*There is no limit to the number of times this special price can be applied.
*Shareholders who have selected Plan A are not allowed to use Plan B or conventional set rental service together.
*Late rental fees are not covered by this Special Benefit Program.

Expiry Date:
·For shareholders of record as of March 31: Valid until December 31 of the same year
·For shareholders of record as of September 30: Valid until June 30 of the following year

Plan B: Using Shareholder Special Benefit Coupons (50% on each rental fee)

Shareholders who have selected Plan B need to send their "Shareholder Special Benefit Application" to GEO Holdings Corporation so that we can send them an appropriate number of Shareholder Special Benefit Coupons.
Each coupon is good for 1 half-price rental of any single item (DVD, BD, CD, or Manga).

Number of Shares held	Number of Coupons
1 share	10 coupons
2-9 shares	20 coupons
10 shares and over	30 coupons

*Only shareholders themselves can apply for Shareholders Special Benefit Coupons.
*GEO Shop Members other than shareholders can redeem such coupons.
*In order to use these coupons, you must be registered as a GEO Shop Member.
*The ticket of Plan B cannot use Plan A together.
*Late rental fees are not covered by such coupons.

Coupon Expiry Date:
·For Shareholders of record as of March 31: Valid until March 31 of the following year
·For Shareholders of record as of September 30: Valid until September 30 of the following year

The deadline for shareholders of record as of September 30, 2011 is June 30, 2012.

*Only shareholders themselves can apply for Plan A or Plan B.

*The "Shareholders Special Benefit Application" is not transferable.
